Drafting of your Petition or Response for Dissolution/Legal Separation
Required Summons and Local Forms
E-filing your pleadings with the Court
Processing the filed Petition Packet
Preparing the packet required to be served on the other party
30-minute meeting to review the drafted Petition Packet before filing and answer general questions
2 rounds of edits after the meeting

With Minor Children – $2,099 (includes $435 court filing fees)
What this service includes:

Drafting of your Petition or Response for Dissolution/Legal Separation
Required Summons, Local Forms, and UCCJEA Forms
E-filing your pleadings with the Court
Processing the filed Petition Packet
Preparing the packet required to be served on the other party
30-minute meeting to review the drafted Petition Packet before filing and answer general questions
2 rounds of edits after the meeting

Step 2 – Exchange Mandatory Financial Disclosures – $2,299

(Includes e-filing of FL-141 and court filing fees)

Intro letter outlining required financial documents
Access to an online platform for inputting financial data
Secure document upload box with checklist
Completion of all 4 required disclosure forms
30-minute review call to clarify inputs and information
1 round of edits
Email service of completed documents and e-filing of required forms

Step 3 – Finalize Your Divorce with a Stipulated Judgment – $2,799

This service is ideal if you answer YES to all of the following:

Have you and your spouse filed your Petition and Response with the court?
Have you completed and exchanged Mandatory Financial Disclosures?
Are there no minor children of the marriage?
Do you have an agreement on asset division and support (if applicable)?
Do your finances look relatively simple (W-2 income, one property, no businesses, a few accounts, a few vehicles)?

What this service includes:

Preparation of Stipulated Judgment and required Judgment forms
Compliance review with experienced divorce attorneys in Santa Clara County
Instruction letter for submitting your Judgment to the Court
